Your Right to Dispute Your Water Bill

If you believe your bill is inaccurate or for any other reason you wish to dispute it, you may notify Aquarion by telephone at (603) 926-3319 (Local) or (800) 403-4333, by mail or in person, explaining what you believe to be in error and the reason you believe an error has occurred. We shall investigate your complaint and notify you of the resolution of the complaint. If you are not satisfied with our decision relative to your bill and you still consider the bill to be inaccurate in any respect, or if you have any other complaint pertaining to this matter, you have the right to appeal to the New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission.
